Abuso de las nuevas tecnologías y repercusiones en el ámbito bio-psico-social. Estudio de caso y propuesta de plan de intervención

Abstract

El presente trabajo se centra en el análisis del uso del teléfono móvil con Internet, de dos sujetos del municipio de Orihuela (Alicante) (un hombre y una mujer), omitiendo otro tipo de adicciones sin sustancias específicas tales como el sexo, el juego de azar o los juegos MMORPG online. Se ha analizado a los sujetos con diferentes pruebas diagnósticas: a) un cuestionario sobre los hábitos de uso de Internet, b) un cuestionario sobre los hábitos de uso del móvil, c) una escala de impulsividad, d) un análisis de sus niveles de ansiedad y depresión, e) un cuestionario que muestra el nivel de seguridad o inseguridad de los sujetos ante el consumo de alcohol y otras drogas en distintas situaciones, y f) un autorregistro donde los sujetos han reflejado el uso diario del teléfono móvil. Tras esto, se ha planteado un posible plan de intervención para ambos sujetos, analizando los datos recogidos anteriormente.

This work focuses on the analysis of the use of the mobile phones with Internet connection, in two subjects from the municipality of Orihuela (Alicante) (a man and a woman), omitting other additions without specific substances such as sex, the gambling or the MMORPG games online. The subjects have been studied with different diagnostic test: a) a questionnaire on the habits of Internet use, b) a questionnaire about the habits of mobile phone use, c) a scale of impulsivity, d) an analysis of their levels of anxiety and depression, e) a questionnaire that shows the level of security or insecurity of the subject before the consumption of alcohol and other drugs in different situations, and f) a journal where the subjects have reflected the daily use of the mobile phone. After the results of these diagnostic tests, a possible intervention plan has been designed. Key Words:
