Análisis de la inmigración. Luces y sombras en la regulación

Abstract

El fenómeno de la inmigración comprende diversos prismas que nos llevan desde la parte más positiva de ayuda al extranjero e integración social hasta la más negativa como es el drama personal. El objetivo de este trabajo es abordar diversas situaciones relacionadas con esta materia, prestando especial interés en las formas de acceso a los países, la razón de la salida de sus naciones, las posibilidades que ofrecen los países receptores, la visión (e incluso utilización política) de los inmigrantes, así como la importancia de la integración tras la recepción y admisión de inmigrantes. Las cuestiones referidas previamente se analizarán desde la perspectiva de España, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes mecanismos del Estado para afrontar todas estas cuestiones.

The phenomenon of immigration includes different prisms that take us from the most positive part of foreign aid and social integration to the most negative, such as personal drama. The objective of this work is to address various situations related to this matter, paying special interest in the forms of access to countries, the reason for leaving their nations, the possibilities offered by receiving countries, the vision (and even the use politics) of immigrants, as well as the importance of integration after the reception and admission of immigrants. The issues referred to previously will be analyzed from the perspective of Spain, taking into account the different mechanisms of the State to deal with all these issues.
