Consecuencias de la sobreexposición de menores en las redes sociales. El fenómeno “instamami”

Abstract

En este trabajo se desarrollan las medidas mediante las cuales, la ley hace cumplir los intereses del niño (cuando es necesario), se enumeran las leyes que se transgreden cuando los padres publican en Internet la imagen de sus hijos de forma reiterada y se considera el papel del Ministerio Fiscal ante esta problemática social que va en aumento por el crecimiento masivo de las redes sociales. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo concienciar sobre el delito que supone exponer menores en Internet (aunque tengas su patria potestad). A día de hoy, los propios padres no son conscientes de que cargar en la red imágenes de sus hijos, además de ser un peligro ante terceros, puede entrañar un delito. Siendo consciente de esta problemática, consideraba importante probar que la sobreexposición tiene consecuencias negativas en el crecimiento de los niños, influyendo en su desarrollo social y en su conducta.

In this work the measures by which the law enforces the interests of the child (when necessary) will be developed, the laws that are transgressed when parents publish the image of their children on the Internet repeatedly will be listed and the role of the Public Prosecutor in the face of this social problem that is increasing due to the massive growth of social networks. This research aims to raise awareness about the crime of exposing minors on the Internet (even if you have parental authority). Today, parents themselves are not aware that uploading images of their children online, in addition to being a danger to third parties, can be seen as a crime. Being aware of this problem, it seems important to me to prove that overexposure has negative consequences on the growth of children, influencing their social development and behavior.
