Seguridad pública y privada: La policía local como policía judicial

Abstract

En el presente TFG, se pretende realizar un análisis de la seguridad como derecho fundamental y, en concreto, dentro de la parcela que ocupa la función de la Policía Judicial para el mantenimiento de esa seguridad, determinar la conveniencia de que los Cuerpos de Policía Local, dentro de su carácter de proximidad, asuman funciones de Policía Judicial para, conseguir de este modo, una mayor seguridad subjetiva y objetiva de los ciudadanos.

In this TFG, it is intended to carry out an analysis of security as a fundamental right and, specifically, within the plot that occupies the function of the Judicial Police for the maintenance of that security, to determine the convenience of the Local Police Forces , within their character of proximity, assume Judicial Police functions in order to achieve, in this way, greater subjective and objective security for citizens.
