Seguridad Vial y el centro escolar, un entorno más seguro

Abstract

El presente trabajo va a tratar sobre la seguridad vial en el entorno más próximo al centro escolar, en una localidad llamada Alcàsser sita en la Mancomunitat de l’Horta Sud, provincia de Valencia, con una población aproximada de 10.000 habitantes en el año 2021 y una extensión de 9 kilómetros cuadrados y dos polígonos industriales. Se va a centrar sobre cuatro centros educativos, en los cuales se desarrollan las etapas de Infantil, Primaria, la E.S.O y Bachillerato, analizando las políticas aplicadas actualmente y proponiendo otras que ayuden a obtener posibles mejoras que se puedan implementar sin contravenir los objetivos instaurados actualmente por la Unión Europea y por consiguiente por España en relación entre otras a la Estrategia de Movilidad Segura, Sostenible y Conectada de la Agenda 2030. La metodología utilizada consiste en la observación de los entornos urbanos de los centros escolares, estudiando la problemática existente en relación a la inseguridad vial, realización de una encuesta totalmente anónima distribuida por los distintos centros con la finalidad de obtener una percepción sobre distintos parámetros por parte de progenitores, profesorado, personal laboral del centro u otros, sobre medidas adoptadas por el organismo municipal competente hasta el momento, aportando para finalizar medidas para la mejora respecto a la misma.

The present work is going to deal with road safety in the immediate environment of the school, in a town called Alcàsser located in the Mancomunitat de l'Horta Sud, province of Valencia, with an approximate population of 10,000 inhabitants in the year 2021 and a extension of 9 square kilometers and two industrial estates. It will focus on four specific educational centers, in which the stages of infant, primary, E.S.O and Baccalaureate are developed, analyzing the need to put into practice policies that help achieve possible improvements that can be implemented without contravening the objectives currently established. by the European Union and therefore by Spain in relation to the Strategy for Safe, Sustainable and Connected Mobility of the 2030 Agenda. The methodology used consists of observing the urban environments of the schools, studying the existing problems in relation to road insecurity, carrying out a totally anonymous survey distributed by the different centers in order to obtain a perception of different parameters by the of parents, teachers, staff of the center or others, on measures adopted by the competent municipal body to date, contributing to finalize measures for improvement with respect to it.
