La pensión alimenticia a favor de los hijos mayores de edad

Abstract

En el trabajo presente que voy a exponer a continuación, trataré en profundidad el estudio de la pensión de alimentos, concretamente destinada a los hijos mayores de edad. Así como despejando numerosas dudas que pueden tener hoy en día, tanto progenitores e hijos, a la hora de recibir la pensión alimenticia que cubra todas las necesidades básicas que tengan los hijos mayores de edad. Como también las obligaciones de cada parte, las cuantías y las diversas situaciones que se nos pueden presentar en la actualidad. Situaciones de desamparo, hasta cuándo hay que seguir manteniendo a un hijo, divorcio entre cónyuges y sobre todo, el bienestar de los hijos. Trataremos multitud de temas haciendo alusión al pago de alimentos, basándonos en el estudio de nuestro Código Civil Español, y nuestra Jurisprudencia tanto del Tribunal Supremo y de las Audiencias Provinciales de distintas ciudades.

In the present work, I will deal in depth with the study of alimony, specifically for children of legal age. As well as clearing up numerous doubts that both parents and sons may have nowdays, when it comes to receiving the alimony that covers all the basic needs of sons of legal age. As well as the obligations of each part, the amounts and the different situations that may arise today. Situations of abandonment, how long a child must continue to be supported, divorce between spouses and, above all, the welfare of the children. We will deal with a multitude of issues related to the payment of maintenance, bases on the study of our Spanish Civil Code, and our Jurisprudence both from the Supreme Court and the Provincial Courts of different cities.
