This work will consist of 3 clearly differentiated parts; on one side and as starting point ( Part I ) we will treat the patrimonial responsibility of the Public Administrations in general, this means, making a study of the content in a global way, which will include the applicable regulations in this area, we will continue with jurisprudence in this respect, as well as scientific doctrine, both in an objective and subjective sense. Following this, we will try to set out in a more specific way ( in its Part II ), we will explain the procedure to be followed for the exercise of the action of patrimonial responsibility, paying special attention to what is regulated in the common administrative procedure of the LPAC. And we will end with a ( Part III ) in which we will carry out an analysis of cases directly related to the Local Administration, ending with a more practical point, with the study of several judgements related to the specific ambit of the subject matter of the work, such as the responsibility of the Town Council for the damages derived from a fall on a public road, whether they concur with concessionary companies and contractors or not, therefore, with the existence of the responsibility of several entities and not only of the administration competent and the affected person.
