Reforma Constitucional

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis de la figura de la reforma constitucional en el ordenamiento jurídico español. Para ello, se comenzará analizando cuál es la finalidad de los procedimientos de reforma, con comparación con los de otros países de nuestro entorno, para posteriormente pasar a analizar su regulación en la Constitución Española de 1978. Finalmente, se establecerán propuestas de mejora en la materia.

This work aims to analyze the figure of the constitutional reform in the Spanish legal system. To do this, we will begin by analyzing the purpose of the reform procedures, in comparison with those of other countries in our environment, to later go on to analyze their regulation in the Spanish Constitution of 1978. Finally, proposals for improvement will be established in the matter.
