Introduction: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is characterized by fever, dry cough, and fatigue; however, approximately half of users develop severe pneumonia and nearly one-third develop acute respiratory distress syndrome. It has been shown that COVID-19 is not only an acute illness, but often manifests chronically, with significant long-term psychological and physical dysfunction appearing. Many people are now experiencing post-COVID-19 syndrome, characterized by impaired lung function, muscle weakness, anxiety, depression, cognitive deficits, loss of smell/taste, fatigue and thus poor quality of life. This has created the need for a comprehensive follow-up service, involving all members of the multidisciplinary model where the role of the occupational therapist stands out, aiming to achieve the highest degree of independence in daily life. Objective: The objective is to design a program of intervention and evaluation from the Occupational Therapy in people with sequelae after suffering COVID-19. Methodology: The program will consist of 10 users who meet the inclusion criteria described above and an initial evaluation protocol will be administered where the different sociodemographic and clinical variables and standardized scales will be collected. The program will be individualized and will last 4 months (18 weeks) with 2 weekly sessions (Tuesday and Thursday), ending with a final evaluation protocol.
