The objective of the work is to give visibility to the problems and obstacles that women face when they enter the labor market after motherhood. I carry out a bibliographic review for the current study of the regulations and a research study through a survey where 586 women from different locations throughout Spain have participated through FEDALMA, where I have participated monthly in the meetings organized with the Legal Clinical Chair of the UMH and I have compiled the most repeated problems and most demanded solutions of women, where I intend to give visibility to their needs, in an articulated way for collective bargaining and equality plans, aimed at social agents, to whom I propose the construction of new social challenges to achieve a balance in labor relations. With the study and analysis that I have carried out, it is clear the misuse that is being made of the leaves, with the intention of lengthening motherhood to postpone the incorporation to work. That in some sectors or regimes they are not entitled to some permits, being working mothers just like those who belong to others. It is necessary that there is an attractive and real labor well-being for the incorporation of women into work in a safe way with its corresponding maintenance and for all this the regulations must evolve and change as well as the rhythm of our lives and needs.
