Asperger Syndrome (AS) is included within the Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) and is considered an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The main area that is affected in this disorder is competence in social relationships. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to perform a literature search in the main databases to find effective and efficacy programs and interventions that develop social skills in children and adolescents with AS. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out, following the PRISMA protocol, of the published works, using the Scopus, ProQuest and Pubmed databases and, on the other hand, in the search engines of the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders. 14 studies were chosen that met the selection criteria for this review process. The results found showed that the most efficacy and effective intervention programs for the improvement of social skills were those based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, as long as they presented adaptations that facilitated their application for people with Asperger Syndrome, taking into account their needs and abilities.
