The analysis carried out has been carried out in three differ ent databases: BOE, INE and MITES.GOB. The first has been used to provide information about the labor legislative changes that have occurred due to the global pandemic and the remaining two to analyze the socioeconomic consequences that have arisen. The re sult obtained serves to reflect how the Covid19 disease has seriously affected the work of millions of Spanish citizens and the job market in general. For this, the data for 2020 have been compared with data from previous years, alluding to the Gross Dome stic Product, unemployment rate, employment and affiliation, active population survey and activity rate, employment regulation files and teleworking. Given the importance of the latter two, they have been created in a separate section. The work has been de veloped in a context of constant changes, so the results achieved and analyzed correspond to a minimal part of the effects that the Covid19 pandemic will cause in the labor, social and economic sphere.
