El auge de la fotografía de calle en Alicante desde la llegada del coronavirus

Abstract

La fotografía de calle es un tipo de fotografía capaz de documentar la sociedad, y estos últimos años ha tocado vivir una situación histórica en la que ha tenido lugar la pandemia causada por el agente Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, comúnmente conocido como COVID-19. Este virus ha obligado a la gente a permanecer en sus casas y a adoptar una forma de vida distinta a la que solían llevar, afectando de forma directa al trabajo de los fotógrafos de calle. La tendencia que ha adoptado la fotografía callejera a lo largo de la pandemia ha hecho que muchos que se dedicaban a ella se lo replanteen, y es que el confinamiento ha imposibilitado documentar la pandemia como hubiera gustado. Además de haber generado a los fotógrafos una inseguridad de la que antes no se preocupaban, apuntar con el objetivo a las personas. A su vez, también ha afectado a las quedadas fotográficas, exposiciones y cursos. Temas que poco a poco van desarrollándose como solían hacerlo antes de la pandemia, pero que siguen preocupando a quienes se dedican a ello

This virus has forced people to stay at home and adopt a different way of life that they used to, directly affecting the job of street photographers. The trend that has been adopted by street photography throughout the pandemic has led many workers were dedicated to it to rethink it, and it is the confinement that has made impossible to them to document the pandemic as they would have liked. Therefore, having generated to the photographers an insecurity that they previously didn’t have, to aim people with the lens. In turn, it has also affected photo hangouts, exhibitions and courses. Topics that are gradually developing as they used to do before the pandemic, but which continue to be concern to those involved
