Proyecto de implantación de la figura del terapeuta ocupacional en la asociación ``UN@ MÁS´´.

Abstract

La asociación ``UN@ MÁS´´ está emplazada en Albacete y tiene como finalidad apoyar a los niños/as que padecen diversidad funcional para que puedan llevar una vida lo más autónoma posible. Hoy en día no está presente el perfil profesional del terapeuta ocupacional, por ello desde este trabajo fin de grado se ha propuesto la implantación de la figura en el equipo multidisciplinar. Para ello se ha planteado una intervención basada en diferentes marcos de trabajo para aportar una amplia gama de abordajes y estrategias dentro de la asociación. En cuanto a la metodología a seguir por parte del terapeuta en el centro, estará marcada por una evaluación inicial, planificación del programa, puesta en práctica, reevaluación, alta y seguimiento. Finalmente, cabe destacar que se ha podido diseñar la intervención desde cero, sin tener creencias ni ideas preconcebidas sobre como se debe trabajar en esta asociación. A su vez también se han detectado una serie de aspectos que pueden dificultar la implantación de la figura del terapeuta.

The association `` UN@MÁS´´ is located in Albacete and its porpouse is to support children having a functional diversity so they can carry out a life as autonomous as possible. Nowadays, the occupational profile of the occupational therapist is not present, so from this study the implantation of the figure in the multidisciplinary team has been proposed. For this, an intervention based on different frameworks has been proposed to provide a wide range of approaches and strategies within the association. The methodology that the therapist will have to follow begins with an initial valuation followed by program planning, implementation reevaluation, registration and follow up. Finally, it should be noted that the intervention has been designed from zero, without taking into account the ideas or preconceived ideas on how to work an Institution. Also some of the aspects that can be problemate towards the implementation of the figure of the therapist have been highlighted
