Revisión de los Ámbitos de Actuación e Investigación en Revistas Españolas de Terapia Ocupacional.

Abstract

La Terapia Ocupacional como disciplina se ejerce en una gran variedad de ámbitos de actuación; sanitario, Sociosanitario y social, docencia asesoramiento y educativo, (Rehabilitación, 2005). El presente trabajo tiene como Objetivo seleccionar una de las Revistas Españolas específicas de la disciplina de la Terapia Ocupacional y analizar los ámbitos de actuación y contribución investigadora de la disciplina a través de los contenidos publicados. Método: Se consultaron las bases de datos Google, Dialnet y Latíndex obteniendo un total de 6 revistas españolas sobre Terapia Ocupacional. Para la selección de las revistas se ha tenido en cuenta tres criterios: 1) tener acceso libre, 2) ser una revista de publicación periódica, actualizada y con al menos 10 años de trayectoria y 3) ser considerada un referente a nivel nacional. Se han revisado los articulos del último año (2017) en la base de datos Dialnet, y los criterios de exclusión fueron: muestras no españolas o de otros países, articulos que no pertenecen al apartado de originales, estudios e investigaciones. Finalmente, un total de 15 artículos fueron analizados. Resultados: de los 15 artículos revisados, 4 presentan análisis de textos o revisiones sistemáticas, 4 diseño experimental, o cuasi-experimental, y/o casos y controles, 3 estudios son transversales descriptivos mediante encuesta y/u observacionales, 3 estudios son de metodología cualitativa y solo 1 estudio es longitudinal.

Method: they consulted the databases Google, Dialnet and Latíndex obtaining a total of 6 Spanish magazines on Occupational Therapy. For the selection of the magazines has taken into account three criteria: 1) have free access, 2) be a magazine of periodic publication, up to date and with at least 10 years of path and 3) be considered a concerning national level. They have reviewed the articulos of the last year (2017) in the database Dialnet, and the criteria of exclusion were: samples no Spanish or of other countries, articles that do not belong to the selection or originals, studies and investigations. Finally, a total of 15 articulos were analysed. Results: of the 15 revised articles, 4 present analysis of texts or systematic reviews, 4 experimental design, or cuasi-experimental, and/or cases and controls, 3 studies are transversal descriptive by means of survey and/or observational, 3 studies are of qualitative methodology and only 1 study is longitudinal.
