Organización y gestión de un evento deportivo

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo vamos a elaborar un evento deportivo, que consistirá en una carrera familiar con postas organizada por una empresa la cual se dedica a organizar este tipo de eventos donde los participantes deberán realizar diferentes tareas para superarlas cooperando entre ellos. Para ello contextualizaremos el entorno en el que se va a aplicar la propuesta, revisaremos la bibliografía para abordar aquellas preguntas que se quieren contestar, además plantearemos una intervención donde analizaremos el proyecto en profundidad, así como el macroentorno mediante el PEST y el microentorno a través de la matriz DAFO. A continuación, comentaremos algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta para llevar el proyecto acabo como puede ser el cronograma de las actividades, lugar, fecha, promoción, presupuesto y empresas promotoras. Por último, extraeremos conclusiones para futuras intervenciones o proyectos

In the following work we are going to develop a sports event, which will consist of a family race throughout the city with post where the participants will have to perform different tasks by cooperating with each other. For this, we will contextualize the environment in which the proposal will be applied, we will review the bibliography to address those questions that we want to answer, we will also propose an intervention where we will analyze the project in depth, as well as the macroenviroment through the PEST and the microenvironment through of the SWOT matrix. Next we will comment on some aspects to take into account to carry out the project, such as the schedule of activities, place, date, promotion, budget and promoter companies, Finally, we will draw conclusions for future interventions or projects
