Abstract

En este trabajo se redacta un informe pericial para identificar y determinar dos fincas rústicas situadas en el término Municipal de El Campello. Se trata de un informe pericial de parte, solicitado por la propiedad con el fin de defender sus derechos sobre estas fincas en un procedimiento civil, a raíz de la aparición de un conflicto por su titularidad. In this dissertation an expert report is drawn up to identify and define two rustic properties located in the municipality of El Campello. It is an expert report by motion of the Party, requested by the property in order to defend their rights on these estates in a civil procedure, following the emergence of a conflict over the ownership.
