At the end of 2017, the term "Post-Truth" was added to the Dictionary of the Spanish Language. The novelty of the concept is that it is framed in the world of social networks where immediacy is the queen of everything that is published, having become detached from the imperative need to contrast information. In the legal sphere, this is increasingly a problem if it is contextualised with the most mediatic cases. The following report aims to analyse the relationship between the emergence of parallel judgments and the current era known as Post-Truth. For this purpose, three Spanish cases have been used that have had a great impact on the country, including an event that cannot be placed in the Post-Truth era to verify the differences that have existed. This analysis seeks to reopen a debate that has generated great controversy in the world of communication and in the legal world: without restricting the rights to freedom of expression and to communicate information, can those who guarantee a fair trial be safeguarded?es
